Looking Back at A Year of Optimizing

2020 has been a year nobody will forget any time soon, and it presented every one of us with unprecedented challenges in our personal and professional lives. At RPost, we sought to adapt to these new realities by offering solutions designed specifically to help you, the user or potential user of our RMail® email security and RSign® electronic signature products.

It started just as the global pandemic was forcing workplaces to send their employees home in March for an indefinite stint of remote working. For this we offered our Pandemic Response program that offered our RSign® eSignature and RMail® encryption services free and immediately available to all new users, through our eSign & E-Security (Free) Work-from-Home Readiness Program. This program wrapped up in the summer but, due to the fall and winter surge in cases across the world, we renewed the program in November through the end of 2020 and perhaps beyond.

In June we launched our first ever global user and partner conference, Optimize 2020 where 50 peer-and-expert panelists were packed into this one-day rapid-fire Las Vegas-themed educational event (virtually, due to the pandemic). There were numerous insurance companies and banks/financial, health care, law, HR/staffing, property/self-storage, real estate/title, government, telecom, MSP and multinationals including Coca Cola, Mercury Insurance, Allianz, Tata Communications, Xerox, TPx, among others who participated. The response was overwhelmingly positive. Based on the success of Optimize 2020, we focused on Financial Services for our next virtual conference, Optimize FinTech (click to re-live it), which was all about the understanding the “art of the possible” with modern and innovative eSign, e-security, and e-authentication technologies. The conference was designed to help customers and friends optimize operations in financial services, insurance and financial functional operations like billing, collections, pricing, etc.

Later in the fall, we decided to keep the Optimize momentum going with webinars designed around optimizing processes in the Self-StorageInsurance and Legal industries (Florida Bar members can click here for their RMail discount button at the bottom). With each conference and webinar, it became increasingly clear that we had a role to play in this crisis year—one where our considerable knowledge and experience with eSign and e-security could service to help potentially millions of people.

I want to thank all of you for registering for our conferences, webinars and/or free work-from-home program this year because, without your engagement in this turbulent year, we could never have gained all this valuable insight together, which will be a huge asset in tackling the challenges and roaring positivity that we believe the coming year will unleash.

Remember, we’re here for you. We’ve learned over the last 20 years in this business that our customers are counting on us every day. We simply can’t afford to make you enter a support queue. Or upcharge for each feature. Or not be the most affordable. We can’t afford to take you for granted. We try harder to ensure your success.
