RMail® for Eclipse by NasaSoft provides an integrated solution for sending encrypted Registered Email™ messages and eSignature requests directly from the Eclipse platform. This integration enhances communication security, automates document tracking, and ensures regulatory compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.

Specifically, RMail for Eclipse allows you to:

  • Send Encrypted Registered Email™ messages directly from Eclipse, securely transmitting sensitive data with RMail dynamic encryption to ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Request eSignatures for policy renewals, underwriting submissions, and more without leaving Eclipse.
  • Automatically receive Registered Receipt™ records, providing court-admissible proof of content, delivery, and timestamps.
  • Track recipient interactions with advanced open tracking, maintaining a complete audit trail.
  • Streamline document management by automatically saving sent emails and signed documents to the Follow-up List in Eclipse.

preview  Log in to the Eclipse by Nasasoft platform, access a customer, and click on the Email/Web button. Click on the ellipsis to open a new email and send a Registered Email™ message. Enter the required fields, check the “Send encrypted via RPost” checkbox, and click on the Send button to send a Registered Email™. The RMail secure message is sent with a password to open the encrypted message attachment. Enter the required fields, check the “Request signatures via RPost” checkbox, and click on the Send button to send an RMail® Electronic Signature Request. Click on the View and Sign Document button. The user will be presented with the Instructions: How To E-Sign. Users are to follow the instructions and complete the eSignature.

How it Works:

  1. Log in to the Eclipse platform and open the email composer by clicking ‘Send Email’.
  2. Select the desired RMail features by checking the appropriate boxes:
    1. Send Encrypted via RPost: Securely transmit sensitive information using RMail encryption.
    2. Request Signatures via RPost: Send an eSignature request using RMail’s eSignature functionality.
  3. Click ‘Send’ to transmit the email. 
  4. The sender will automatically receive a Registered Receipt™ email record, providing court-admissible proof of delivery, content, and timestamps.
  5. Recipients will receive the email with a Registered Email™ banner, indicating the message is secure and has been tracked.
