How-To
For each Registered Email™ message sent, the sender and/or their organization is returned a Registered Receipt™ email proof of delivery record. This is a durable, verifiable, and legally admissible record of who said what to whom by email. It authenticates the entire email transaction and reconstructs electronic original message and attachment content, levels of successful delivery and open tracking, and proof of privacy compliance if originally transmitted encrypted.
It is easy to authenticate any Registered Email™ message at any time by anyone who holds a copy of the Registered Receipt™ email proof of delivery record.
Step 1. Send a Registered Email™ message.
Step 2. Save your Registered Receipt™ email proof of delivery record that is returned to you by email.
Step 3. If proof is needed, forward your Registered Receipt™ email proof of delivery record by email to the RPost verify address listed on the top of the Registered Receipt™ email. Within minutes, you will receive your Receipt Authentication™ email, with the original, validated message content and transaction metadata.
