Title insurance and escrow agents and brokers enjoy the benefit of an integrated sending process for encrypted and Registered Email™ messages, and retrieval of the Registered Receipt™ encryption and proof of delivery compliance records that backfill the ResWare client record.
Qualia used the RMail® for SMTP email routing technique to integrate the sending and retrieving for RMail services, RMail return message status and RMail proof records. Each message returns the final Registered Receipt™ records into the system client file, to trigger follow-on account maintenance activities and to serve as a certified timestamped content e-delivery record. This pulls into the client record an automatic analysis of the delivery forensics, cryptographically sealed to the delivery content and timestamp, and packaged as a Registered Receipt™ proof record.
