Applied Systems has several integration points, RMail for Outlook imaged into Applied Systems TAM Online, RMail for Outlook running alongside TAM or EPIC, or RMail Gateway automating encryption and other functions through a smart host connection from Applied Systems hosted email services. This adds for insurance brokers, email encryption, Registered Email™ e-delivery proof, open tracking, eSignatures, secure file sharing, email impostor protection, and automated policy-based encryption. Each message returns the final Registered Receipt™ records into the system to trigger follow-on account activities and to serve as a certified timestamped content e-delivery record. When using the RMail Registered Email™ service, the sender receives an automatic analysis of the delivery and email encryption forensics, cryptographically sealed to the delivery content and timestamp, and packaged as a Registered Receipt™ proof record.
