RSign has allowed Mercury staff and its customers to use electronic signing of claims settlements, waivers, and other insurance related documents, while offering legally robust audit trail of every step of the signature process. RSign electronic signatures record property transfers and associate the robust eSignature audit trail with the particular electronic document content and the uniform time of signoff related to the insurance claim and any damages property.

Automation

Specialty insurance claims sending application automatically routes outbound messages of a certain type via SMTP routing to the RSign global processing networks, sending specially formatted to receive consumer eSignatures, and receiving via SMTP and storing the eSign record and audit trail forensics.
